Reviews & Reputation
Google ratings and review volume to measure consistency and satisfaction.
25 POINTS
Storage Type & Facility Quality
Evaluates enclosed garages, covered storage, paved surfaces, overall construction quality, and maintenance.
20 POINTS
Amenities & Extras
Assesses the availability and quality of on-site amenities that add convenience and value for RV, boat, and trailer owners.
15 POINTS
Security
Measures access control, surveillance, lighting, fencing, on-site management, and overall site safety.
PUBLIC SOURCES
Facility websites, Google business profiles, and public information.
MULTIPLE DATA POINTS
We use a combination of quantitative and qualitative factors.
HOW WE COLLECT DATA
NO PAY-TO-PLAY
Facilities cannot pay to be ranked or improve their scores. Scores are based solely on existing conditions at the time of data collection.
STANDARDIZED SCORING
All facilities are scored using the same rubric for consistency.
ON-SITE REVIEW
In addition to online photos and satellite imagery, when possible, we visit facilities to verify amenities and conditions.
